Our Story
Jenny Christmas fell in love with HR over a decade ago, and has been growing her experience–and her network–ever since. She founded Rockstar HR in 2022 with the belief that recruiting rockstar talent is possible when you have the right resources and connections. Jenny bridges that gap for her clients, sourcing 10 COO-qualified candidates within one week for her first client under contract, who faced a difficult hiring decision between the top talent. Now, she continues to create difficult decisions for her clients by providing highly qualified candidates who not only have the experience, but align with the company culture.
Jenny is an SHRM certified professional, Owner and Chief Rockstar of Rockstar HR, and dedicated people-connector who serves growing companies nationwide. She lives in Franklin, Tennessee with her husband, Chip.
